EMPOWERING STUDENTS TO BRING HOPE AND CHANGE FOR THE SAKE OF THE GOSPEL.

E.P.I.C. is an intentionally diverse conference for all high school and middle school students. We believe that everyone is wonderfully created in the image of God and therefore every single person is crucial to God’s mission.

Our focus is to empower each student to become part of a movement that will bring hope and change to our communities for the sake of the gospel across Northeast Ohio.

WHERE

We will be staying at Round Lake Christian Camp in Lakeville, OH.

WHEN

DROP OFF: You need to arrive at the Martin Center parking lot no later than 4:45 PM on March 17th.

PICK UP: We arrive back to the Martin Center parking lot around 1:00 PM on March 19th.

COST

STUDENTS (Grades 6-12) $35

WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW

PHONES: You’re welcome to bring your phone, but leave it in your room during our main sessions.

MEDICATIONS: Please place all your medications in a Ziploc bag with your name on the bag. Medications MUST BE in their ORIGINAL bottles. All medications must be disclosed on your Medical Form during registration.

FOOD: Good food provided! Please notify us of any dietary restrictions. Friday we will be having dinner before we leave for camp.

SNACK BAR: Candy and drinks will be $1. Bring extra cash if you want.
